She was on top of everything and she kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't have asked anymore from an her. Every business should have an Althea working for them. Thank you so much! We were driving thru and got a flat tire that we couldn’t drive on. They sent out a BMW mobile unit TO us, changed the flat and we were back on the road within an hour and a half. AMAZING AMAZING SERVICE! Well done, couldn’t be happier.
